    Jett, with more than two decades of experience in mental health, also suggests taking the time to identify what’s missing most in your life. For example, the ability to:

    • Express your needs
    • Abandon unrealistic standards
    • Say no without guilt

    “All of these things can be helpful for mental health,” she said.
